* BELLYDANCE TECHNIQUE:
Learn the choreography of a fun and expressive World Fusion Bellydance Routine!
Gain a deeper understanding of your dance and your body while learning proper technique and isolations of various movements and the ability to blend them together through seamless transitions!
Each one is an exciting, innovative, and unique class that combines the flexibility and toning benefits of Bellydance and Yoga, but also allows a time of deep relaxation and rejuvenation - Something we all are in need of.

Here you are encouraged to bring a friend or two or more and share in the fun and excitement of learning and experiencing something new, while tapping into an incredibly effective stress release in a positive, uplifting and nurturing atmosphere.

* YOGA FOR STRENGTHENING AND CONDITIONING (aka YOGA FOR DANCERS):
This specially crafted class is designed to strengthen, tone, and condition the body, mind, and spirit through a series of intermediate to advanced Yoga postures.  A total body workout including strength training, cardio, and stretching.  One learns various movements that help in developing grace and control, stability and focus through a series of asanas (postures) that affect the body as a whole.  Each class is made complete with a time of guided deep relaxation leaving you refreshed and invigorated at the end of your practice.


*WARM YOGA FOR RELAXATION AND MEDITATION:

Nurture your body, mind, and spirit.  This class consists of Yoga postures linked in a series to relieve stress, calm the mind, increase flexibility, and gently challenge the body.  Each class ends with a refreshing and centering period of sivasana (relaxation).  This is a slow, meditative Yoga class suitable for all ages and all levels.


* PRENATAL YOGA:


*ANIMAL ADVENTURE YOGA:

Yoga for children 4-9 years of age!

These classes are specially designed to awaken children to the beauty of them-selves, and others, inspire creativity, build character, and teach important lessons from animals and nature.
Children will learn various Yoga postures and breathing exercises through laughing, playing, story telling, and singing.
Age appropriate Yoga games and coloring activities are included in the classes.
Animal Adventure Yoga creates the perfect atmosphere to encourage children to grow individually and as a group, cultivating valuable life-enhancing tools.
Yoga is for every body!
Animal Adventure Yoga nurtures and supports the child’s emerging sense of inner-strength and self-acceptance.
Most of all Animal Adventure Yoga is fun!
